I quit smoking in April... until about 3 or 4 weeks ago when I fell off the bandwagon. Now I'm on the patch again and get to go through all the f'd up dreams again. Fun.
Got a new author in town, gonna shake up this place. Or, more likely, gonna seriously add to the apathy around here, if that's even possible to do. *meh*.

It's really, honestly not about politics when I say: "Ha Ha Daschle lost! Ha Ha." I just can't STAND seeing that pompous ass on Sunday morning talk shows... he just annoys the hell out of me. I couldn't care less about his politics seeing as I don't live in his state.
A friend of my brother's had to explain the election and what's going on to his little kid. To do this, he put 10 M&M's on the table and said: "You've worked hard this year. You've earned 10 M&M's." He then took 4 away and his kid said: "Hey! That's not fair!" He responded: "You're right, it's not fair, but that's called taxes. Everyone has to pay those." He then took 2 more away. His kid said: "What are those for?!?" He responded: "That's what will happen if Kerry gets elected."
